Please join the Pacific Palisades Library Association. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is also known as the Friends of the Library, or simply the “The Friends.”
Your membership provides much-needed support in the following areas:
- Books and Other Materials to Supplement the Library Collection
- Author Events and Special Programming Featuring Notable Palisadians
- The Palisades Library Film Society
- A Cybernaut to Assist Patrons with Laptops, Tablets, Cell Phones and More
- Art, Gardening and Writing Workshops
- Mindfulness, Bridge, CPR and Knitting Programs
- Teen Book Clubs, Teen Council and Monthly Maker Space for Teens
- Storytime for Babies, Toddlers and Small Children
- Annual Creative Writing Contests for Children and Teens
- Library Equipment, Furnishings and Supplies
- Landscaping and Building Maintenance
- Support to Underserved Los Angeles Public Library Branches
Members also receive advance email notification of our Parking Lot Book Sales, special events with limited capacity, and other important library news.
Membership Levels
- Individual: $25-$49
- Family: $50-$99
- Sponsor: $100-$249
- Benefactor: $250-$499
- Circle of Friends: $500 or more
